HELPDESK (REF: TSO/HSK)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality customer service to all of our customers through Fax, phone and email on our software and services (From Open to Close)
  • Register calls to ticketing system and provide best efforts support to resolve customers issue
  • Perform Tier-1 trouble shooting and problem analysis on IT services
  • Coordinate with all parties (Internal and external) on scheduled and non-scheduled activities
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Information Technology or related discipline
  • Possess basic operation knowledge in Windows and basic PC Skills
  • A good team player with analytical & problem-solving skills, self-motivation and good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent service manner, patience and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Customer Service experience is an advantage
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior position
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome
  • Immediate available is an advantage
