Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical support to the team in order to make sure team operation running in smooth way
  • Manage internal & vendor portals for daily business operations
  • Co-work with relate parties to ensure the order flow
  • Report generation and data input if necessary
  • General administration work

Job Requirements: 

  • DSE or above
  • 1 year  working experience in IT or services industries would be preferable
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Detailed-minded, well-organized, self-motivated with good communication skills
