Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage Operation, Service Desk Support and Managed Services Teams
  • Manage day-to-day operational activities/issues and following ITIL model and best practices
  • Participate in the system/procedural review and analyse the existing business processes to identify the improvement areas
  • Assist in managing processes, operations and systems workflows and ensure the consistency in service delivery
  • Lead through preparation and production of required reports/plans including SLA/KPI, Health Check & Capacity Plan etc.
  • To be the prime focal point to liaise with customers on all service deliverables and service review
  • To be the service escalation point when incidents’ severity reaches pre-defined level

 Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • ITIL v3 and PMP/PRINCE2 certification (ITIL Expert certification is an added advantage)
  • 7 years’ working experience in the IT Industry with at least 3 years’ experience in Service Delivery Management level
  • Proven experience in managing IT service based on ITIL practice and processes
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills drive the team to meet commitment and quality standard
  • Proficiency in spoken and written in both English and Chinese
