HELPDESK SUPPORT (REF: TSO/HSP)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality customer service to all of our users through all our channels (On-site, Phone, E-Mail, etc)
  • The primary responsibility is to support needs via telephone and email, registering calls to logging system and give initial support to users
  • To perform support according to defined workflow and methods
  • Forward, escalate and follow-up calls to central competence groups internally and externally
  • To liaise with vendors and 2nd Tier Support in order to keep track the incident life-cycle
  • Prepare routine reports and documents of the supported IT Service

Job Requirement:

  • IT support or relevant experience (Less experience and Fresh Graduate will be considered)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese
  • Good communication skills and telephone manner
  • Able to work on site, 7x24 shift and non-office hour
  • Able to work independently and as a good team player with minimum supervision
  • Able to handle IT-related complaints and resolve technical problems over the phone
  • Knowledge on Microsoft Office, user end operating systems (Windows), Network, POS
  • Proactive and able to work under pressure
  • Immediate available is preferred
