Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-tier (onsite/email/phone call) user support on email services, LAN/WAN, PC hardware and software including OS, desktop applications, business applications, video conferencing, handheld and etc.
  • Setup, monitor and manage company’s and client’s servers, network and computer systems
  • Log email/calls into the helpdesk system
  • Provide remote/deskside end user support
  • Keep track on status of Service Requests and Incidents according to defined procedure
  • Coach and be coached on new skills (e.g. technical and soft skills)
  • Liaise with users, application teams and vendors to resolve problems
  • Continuous improvement to meet business needs
  • Provide Technical support on Ad-hoc requests

Job Requirement:
  • F.6 (DSE) or above
  • 2 years IT helpdesk support or relevant experience (Less experience and Fresh Graduate will be considered as Deployment Specialist)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Good communication skills and telephone manner
  • Able to work on site, 7x24 shift, and non-office hour
  • Able to work independently and as a good team player with minimum supervision
  • Support skill & knowledge on Network, IBM Lotus Notes and Microsoftproduct are preferable
  • Certificate in Network and Wintel Server will be an advantage
  • Immediate available is preferred
